Real rest day!

Today a succumbed to being looked after, pampered and resting! I feel a whole better than I did this morning and I did have to give up a day of training. I usually don't give up that day until I have to because I can't breath, and then it turns into months. Hopefully, I have made the right choice today and I won't be sick for months on end. Tomorrow it is back to business and work too. Today I read, caught up on all my blog reading, crocheted and watched the Olympics. I am in complete awe of these athletes, they have committed their entire lives to mastery.
